FOUNDERS OF THE COMPANY Drew Brown is co-founder of CBS. Drew is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina and a graduate of North Carolina State University. Drew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Construction and began his career as a contractor while attending college. He has been involved in construction, project management, and construction related issues for over twenty years. Drew has become a nationally recognized expert with regard to construction issues. Drew is qualified through the North Carolina and South Carolina Licensing Board of General Contractors. Chris Lumpkin is co-founder of CBS. Chris is a native of Louisburg, North Carolina where he worked during his high school and college summers for his father’s land surveying company. In 1994 he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University before starting his career with a top two hundred commercial contractor. Hands on experience on large commercial projects early in his career allowed Chris the opportunity to manage multimillion dollar commercial and institutional projects. Chris continues to bring his experience and expertise to a wide range of projects. Chris is qualified through the North Carolina and South Carolina Licensing Board of General Contractors. Steve Wall - Project Superintendent - joined the team July 2010 Graduate of UNC-Charlotte with a BS in Science and is a licensed surveyor. John Mayton - Project Superintendent Graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Construction Management Tony Carter - Construction Services Manager Tony Carter has 30 years of diverse engineering and construction experience for owners, architects, engineers and contractors. He is certified as a Senior Engineering Technician by the NICET. His project experience includes university classrooms, science facilities, performing arts facilities, convention centers, aquariums, prisons, military facilities, and industrial facilities; as well as airports, highways, and water and sanitary sewer projects. Tony has extensive experience in design, planning, construction management, construction administration, and inspections. Tony also has experience in construction dispute resolution as an issues analyst, arbitrator and mediator. He will serve as the Construction Services Manager and will be involved in the daily operations of the company as well as developing new business opportunities. Marsha Paramore - Administrative Assistant Marsha is a native of Eastern North Carolina and has worked in the Raleigh/Durham area assisting clients with financial matters as well as being self-employed. Marsha's priority as administrative assistant for Constructive Building Solutions is to support the project managers and superintendents. Marsha also maintains a working relationship with clients and their staff, from project conception through close out. Home office accounting, job cost reporting and administrative duties are just a few of the many responsibilities that Marsha performs for Constructive Building Solutions.
